Return and Damage Policy

Any damaged or defective products must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of the items at (877) 647-4906. In the event that any of the items need to be returned to Lori's Lighted D'Lites, you must contact us for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without this authorization number. Upon return of damaged items we will send replacement items and Lori's Lighted D'Lites will be responsible for shipping charges.
