Other Policy
Any items other than damages or defective products you wish to return to Lori's Lighted D'Lites must have a return authorization number. The customer must contact us within 5 days of receipt of items to receive this authorization. No item will be accepted without authorization. The customer is responsible for all return and shipping charges for items returned for any reason other than damages or defects There is also a 20% restocking fee. All items must be returned to us prepaid. We will not credit shipping or restocking fees.
If the order is refused at delivery, the customer is fully responsible and the customer will pay all shipping charges, return charges and a 20% restocking fee.
ABSOLUTELY no returns will be accepted once said Holiday has past, for example; Easter, St. Patrick's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas. Their will not be any deviation to said policy.
